Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Autodataops enrollments invoiced offline. Website pricing is informational only; the invoice and enrollment confirmation define the product purchased.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation. Requests received after that window are assessed for partial credit only.

Full refunds

If you cancel 14 or more days before start and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the orientation packet, we refund 100% of tuition paid for that seat.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive a 50% refund, less any non-refundable third-party facilitation fees noted on the invoice. After a cohort begins, refunds are generally unavailable except under Exceptions below.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private working sessions already delivered under Team Desk
• Custom template packs commissioned beyond the standard curriculum
• Administrative bank or wire fees itemized as non-refundable

Refund process

Email contact@autodataops.digital with your invoice number, enrolled name(s), and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned within 15 business days via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you designate. Currency matches the invoice unless banking rules require conversion.

Cancellation by Autodataops

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill refunds or transfers for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service affecting the enrolled learner. Decisions are case-by-case and documented in writing.
