Customer Verification Audit Lab
A six-week cohort for fintech compliance and risk reviewers who need customer verification audits that stand up to challenge.
Learning outcomes
- Design risk-aware samples Build pulls that surface corridor and product-edge cases, not only high-volume paths.
- Assemble durable evidence packs Link findings to source artifacts reviewers can reopen months later.
- Close exceptions deliberately Track waivers until remediation is verified.
- Write actionable findings Phrase gaps so operations knows what to fix without theatrical wording.
Informational price: from ₩1.85M per Cohort Seat. See Pricing for Team Desk and Audit Lab Access.
Modules
Live sessions plus asynchronous file work. Recordings remain available for 90 days after the cohort ends.
1. Mapping the verification path
Chart onboarding, screening, and refresh stages for a fintech product, then identify where narrative often outruns proof.
2. Sampling without bias
Construct strata, justify sizes, and stress-test whether the pull would catch the files you fear most.
3. Evidence Pack Builder
Assemble artifact indexes, version notes, and reviewer trails that survive rotation of staff.
4. Exception Closure drill
Practice aging, escalation, and re-verification of temporary decisions.
5. Vendor-oversight critique
Annotate third-party screening packets and name residual risk the firm still owns.
6. Findings lab & peer challenge
Present draft findings, absorb pushback, and revise for clarity and fairness.
Instructor
Eunseo Lim
Former second-line reviewer for digital payments and lending products in Seoul. Eunseo now designs Autodataops labs, focusing on workpaper discipline and how Korea-based teams document decisions for mixed local and cross-border customer bases.
Learner notes
“Exception Closure drill is the piece our internal audit team still references. We finally have owners on every aged waiver.”
Clear modules. The vendor section needs contract access you may not have on day one — plan ahead.
FAQ
Who is this course for?
Compliance, risk, and operations reviewers who sample or challenge customer verification files in fintech products. Legal counsel may attend, but the exercises assume you touch files, not only policy drafts.
Is pricing paid on this website?
No. Figures on Pricing are informational. We invoice offline after confirming seats.
What is a real limitation of the program?
We do not provide regulatory opinions or certify your institution’s controls. The lab improves craft and documentation habits; it cannot replace your firm’s accountability for local requirements in Korea or elsewhere. Also, the vendor-oversight module assumes you can access contract schedules — without them, that week’s exercises are thinner.
Can teams share a seat?
Live seats are individual. Team Desk plans enroll up to five named learners with a private working session. See Pricing for details.
